Name: Icia Breed: Stabyhoun Age: four years and some months Gender: female Image: Icia Appearance: A simply sturdily built long coated pointer, greater in length than height. The skin fits the body closely: there is no dewlap nor does she show too much lip. The appearance of the Stabyhoun has some very typical characteristics, of which the sleek coat is one. The hair on her ears is long at the top and decreasingly shorter up to the last 1/3 of the ear, where the hair is short. The shape of the ear is the form of a mason's trowel. The hair on the legs and tail is also typical. On the back of both the front and hind legs, the hair is bushy, as it is on her tail. She has a rather wide brisket and fairly big, well-developed feet. The expression of her face is always be gentle and intelligent. Personality: Icia is a rather quite dog, unless she has something to say. Because of her breed, she is very gentle, calm, and obedient. She is also very intellegent, and she knows when to fight or take flight. Icia isn't much of a fighter, but she is very vicious on the battle field. She loves to listen, and her sense of hearing is now even better than her sense of smell. She was bred by her old family to be a gaurd dog, which gives her hearing advantages a better use than to just listen to her old owners' baby voices. History: Icia was born in Holland to a rich family that needed a dog to become a gaurd dog. They took her from her mother when she was only four weeks old, which is too early for a pup to be taken from its mother. She started training only a few weeks after that. When she was a year old, she was the perfect gaurd dog. She had already caught twenty theives who tried to break in, and she was always rewarded royally. By the time Icia was three, her owners decided to go on a trip to England. They had heard of a war that was fought not too long ago, and they wanted to see what remained there. However, on the trip there, they were stopped by a band of theives. They stole Icia from them, a whole lot of money, and left her owners stranded in the middle of nowhere. The theives took icia to their hideout and gave her to a small girl, no older than five. Icia loved kids, so she stuck around until the girl died of illness only six months after that. While the theives were burrying the girl, Icia made her escape. It took her three months to find her way to the destination of her old owners' trip. However, they weren't there. The Stabyhoun didn't feel like trying to take a boat back to Holland, so she stayed in the half-destroyed town. Other:
